Untold manga stories include Chapter 38 “Confession in the Living Room” (Volume 5) where Ichika helps the daughter of her agency’s president, and Chapter 91 “An Eventless Summer Break” (Volume 11) where Futaro goes to the beach with his sister and classmates.

The June 2023 PV shows scenes from those chapters, plus Chapter 92’s pool scene shown in the Quintuplets film intro, and Nino yelling “I went overboard!” from Chapter 93. So it likely covers Chapters 38, 91-93.
