This is a character from this seasons (2017) anime Fate/Apocrypha. With the mighty holy grace that grants any kind of wishes, seven masters fight each other with the servants they’ve summoned killing the opponents and the one who stands last receives the grace. The summoned servants have strong connections with the actual history we know so it’s quite exciting to watch. Jeanne d’Arc (Ruler) is a servant that doesn’t fit in the seven basic servant class however in the game and in this anime, she is summoned as a servant to control the balance of the holy grace war.
