beatmania IIDX test drive ~How did it go??~

It all started at 10:00 a.m September 4th. As the new series of Beatmania has been announced, I decided to pay a small visit to the event venue where I was able to try out the test drive. Only less did I know that in order to actually “play” the up-comming upgraded game, I had to actually win a lottery. Anyways let me guide you through the event venue and show you how the atmosphere was like along with the lottery results and the test drive!

[speech_bubble type=”drop” subtype=”L1″ icon=”surprise.png” name=”Nazuna”] As the sun was blazing and the humidity was at its top level, I finally arrived at the event venue and received a ticket in order to get a lottery ticket. This is what it actually looked like![/speech_bubble]

[speech_bubble type=”drop” subtype=”L1″ icon=”smile.png” name=”Nazuna”] Walking into the venue in order to receive the lottery ticket, I got to see the newly updated machines with a huge poster in the front as a welcome to the test drivers![/speech_bubble]

[speech_bubble type=”drop” subtype=”L1″ icon=”surprise.png” name=”Nazuna”] While waiting in line, I was also able to glance over to the “also newly updated machine” of Sound Voltex! The machine itself looked pretty sweet![/speech_bubble]

[speech_bubble type=”drop” subtype=”L1″ icon=”smile.png” name=”Nazuna”] One of the things that excited me was the fact that there will be a new song of Snail’s house added to the updated machine! There were also several features that were added which made me even want to try out the game more than ever![/speech_bubble] [speech_bubble type=”drop” subtype=”R1″ icon=”surprise.png” name=”Nazuna”]According to the board, it says 【 1. Play/Result monitor renewal 2. Play analyses function 3. Graph rotate function 】 will be added!![/speech_bubble]

[speech_bubble type=”drop” subtype=”L1″ icon=”smile.png” name=”Nazuna”]Unfortunately, I wasn’t lucky enough to win the lottery leading myself not being able to try out the game… However, the venue was filled with excitement such as notebooks for testers on how they thought about playing the game![/speech_bubble] [speech_bubble type=”drop” subtype=”R1″ icon=”surprise.png” name=”Nazuna”]The funny thing is, there were a lot of people who couldn’t win the lottery so I guess I wasn’t that unlucky after all! [/speech_bubble]

|Event conclusion

Things might have not gone the way I was expecting, however, I am surely comfortable to say that it was a great experience and an exciting moment for me! I’m not sure if there will be such an event like this coming soon but I would surely love to check it out!
