The legendary kaiju Godzilla started way back in 1954. It has had many iterations, anime, movies, and books throughout the years. In 2021, Netflix is bringing back the giant monster in their new series “Godzilla Singular Point”. Also, they are bringing back more kaiju, which may or may not have been redesigned. Down below, you can see all of these topics in the trailer released a few months ago.
First look at the trailer, we get serious Showa era vibes. The music, The fonts, it’s all there. With so many kaiju appearing here, one thing sticks out, once you notice it. The color red. Moreover, this kind of mist or fog. Could it be something that has to do with the story? Many people are speculating about this point, however, we will just have to wait until next year for the answer!
Our lead characters which we see in the trailer above are Mei and Yun, played by Yume Miyamoto and Shoya Ishige. They are two young and smart characters who will go up against Godzilla and other kaiju. There are many more characters who were announced on December 9th which I will show below.
