AnimeJapan 2021, one of the largest anime exhibitions in Japan, will be held online from March 27-30. “The event was planned to be held both in real life and online, but due to the spread of the new coronavirus, it will only be held online. The aim of the event is to create an “AnimeJapan that can be enjoyed all day long at home” with 34 stage programs (tentative), exhibitor booths, and goods sales.

This will be the first time in about two years that AnimeJapan 2020 has been held since it was cancelled due to measures taken in response to the spread of the new coronavirus. The public days will be the 27th and 28th, and the business days will be the 29th and 30th. The “real” venue was scheduled to be the West and South Exhibition Buildings of Tokyo Big Sight (Koto-ku, Tokyo). The “Family Anime Festa” for families will not be held.

　The event will be held at the Tokyo International Anime Fair (TAF) and the Anime Contents Expo (ACE).
