Item price + proxy fee + shipping. The full amount is quoted in your estimate before payment; nothing is charged until you approve it.

Additional charges商品代金以外の必要料金

International shipping, payment processing fees, and any customs duties or import taxes levied by your country. Import charges are set by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.

Credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.

After you approve the estimate and before we purchase the item.

Delivery商品の引渡時期

We normally purchase within a few days of payment, then ship once the item is in hand. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method chosen. For pre-order or made-to-order items, the release date applies.

Returns and cancellations返品・キャンセル

Because each order is purchased to request, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once an item has been bought. If an item arrives damaged, or differs from what was agreed, contact us with photos and we will arrange a resolution.
