Do you ship to my country?+
We can ship to most regions via Japan Post or courier (DHL etc.). Some destinations have restrictions; we’ll propose available options with tracking.
Do you accept returns?+
Generally no returns. We buy what you request and ship internationally. If the store sells sealed items, we keep them sealed. If the item is used, we will describe condition and send photos as needed.
