What can you buy?+
Anime merchandise, figures, TCG supplies/sealed products, collaboration pop-up goods, and more. If you’re unsure, send the request — we’ll confirm feasibility before payment.
How does the advance payment work?+
After we prepare an estimated purchase plan and you approve it, we issue a Stripe payment link for an advance payment. The standard advance payment is usually 50% of the estimated purchase budget. For high-value, rare, or fast-moving items, we may request a higher advance payment or full payment before purchase.
Can you purchase if the store price is higher than the estimate?+
Before purchase, we ask you to choose an acceptable range, such as estimate only, up to 10% above estimate, or up to 20% above estimate. If you want confirmation before purchase, we can do that, but it is not recommended for fast-moving TCG items because they may sell out while waiting for confirmation.
Can you confirm card shop stock by phone?+
Generally no. Many card shops do not provide stock or price information by phone, and repeated phone inquiries may cause inconvenience to the stores. We check availability through practical domestic market research and store visits when appropriate.
Can you send photos or do a video call in stores?+
We can send item photos and receipt/cost breakdown photos after purchase. In-store videos or live video calls depend on each store’s rules and usually require filming permission, so we cannot guarantee in-store video support.
How fast is the process?+
Typical flow: 1–3 days to review and estimate, then purchase timing depends on store availability and payment. TCG and limited items may sell out quickly, so estimated prices are not guaranteed until purchase is completed.
Do you ship to my country?+
We can ship to most regions via tracked Japan Post or courier options when available. Some destinations have restrictions; we’ll propose available options with tracking based on your country and postal code.
Do you accept returns?+
Generally no returns. We buy what you approve and ship internationally. If the store sells sealed items, we keep them sealed. If the item is used, we will describe condition and send photos as needed.
