In commemoration of the broadcast of “Mobile Suit Gundam THE WITCH FROM MERCURY” Season 2 on MBS/TBS 28 stations nationwide from April 2023, “Gundam Project,” a cross-divisional project of the Namco Bandai Group, will hold its first independent exhibition event Mobile Suit Gundam THE WITCH FROM MERCURY EXPO” will be held at Shibuya Cast for three days from March 10 (Fri.) to March 12 (Sun.), 2023.。

This event will look back on the charms of Season 1 and build a bridge to Season 2, allowing visitors to fully experience the world of “Mobile Suit Gundam THE WITCH FROM MERCURY”. The event will also feature a 2-meter large “Gundam Aerial (modified)” statue of the main character, “Gweru’s Camp,” which recreates a memorable scene from the film, a booth where visitors can experience the duel through LED images, original voices of each character that can only be heard at this event, and new products on display for the first time. In addition, limited-time products commemorating the event will be on sale at Premium Bandai, the official mail order site of the Namco Bandai Group. Gundam Aerial (modified type) standing statue

A 2-meter large “Gundam Aerial (modified type) Standing Statue” based on the design data of the new “HG 1/144 Gundam Aerial (modified type),” a plastic model of the Gundam series, will be exhibited for the first time. It will stand side by side with the “Gundam Aerial Standing Statue” (2 meters in size) to provide a powerful sight for all to enjoy. In the same booth, “HG 1/144 Gundam Aerial (modified type)” products will be exhibited for the first time.

Güell’s Camp

The “Gweru’s Camping” booth recreates Gweru, one of the characters in “Mobile Suit Gundam THE WITCH FROM MERCURY,” camping alone on the grounds of Astycasia High School of Professional Studies.

Duel Digest Video Booth

In a special space surrounded by LED screens, which will be exhibited for the first time at this venue, visitors will be able to experience the powerful dueling scenes of Sletta and her friends depicted in Season 1.

From Monday, March 6, “The Witch of Mercury” will jack up ads around Shibuya Station!

From March 6 (Mon.) to 14 (Tue.), large billboards and posters offering the world view of “The Witch of Mercury” will be simultaneously displayed at more than 50 locations in front of Shibuya Station, Tokyo.
The originally designed posters (9 types in total) allow users to take AR photos with the characters by scanning the two-dimensional code on the posters.
