During the era when a Star Plasma Vessel was meant to assimilate with Tengen, it was a high school girl named Amanai Riko who was chosen for this role. Satoru Gojo and Geto Suguru, who were still students at Jujutsu High School at the time, were assigned to protect Amanai Riko, who was being targeted for her life. Although Gojo and Geto reluctantly accepted the mission, they were determined to protect Amanai Riko until the day of assimilation. In the final showdown with an assassin named Jiro Awasaka, while Gojo held him at bay, Geto Suguru escorted Amanai Riko to the Hoshiguma Shrine, where Tengen resided.
At the shrine, Amanai Riko resisted assimilation with Tengen and, along with Geto Suguru, attempted to return home. However, in front of Geto Suguru, Amanai Riko was fatally shot in the head by Jiro Awasaka and died. Tengen’s opportunity to assimilate with a Star Plasma Vessel was lost with her death since the vessel needed to be alive for the process to succeed. Without assimilation, Tengen could not halt his aging process.

Yuki Tsukumo, who was previously a Cursed Corpse herself, could hear the voices of other Cursed Corpses. However, the voices she heard were those of Cursed Corpses who had assimilated with Tengen. Yuki Tsukumo had previously left a cryptic remark, saying, “No wonder the voices aren’t increasing.” These “voices” referred to the voices of the Cursed Corpses that had assimilated with Tengen.

At Jujutsu High School, where Yuji Itadori and others attend, students are taught how to exorcise curses as jujutsu sorcerers. However, Yuki Tsukumo believed this approach to be insufficient. She aspired to create a world where curses themselves wouldn’t be born. Yuki Tsukumo sought the means to achieve this goal, leading her to travel around the world.
・Goal 1: Optimization of Jujutsu Power
Yuki Tsukumo considered two methods to achieve her ultimate goal of “eliminating curses.” One of these methods was “the optimization of jujutsu power,” which essentially involved turning the entire human population into jujutsu sorcerers.
